Chocolate Premium Premix – Egg Baking Instruction- Egg Chocolate Sponge ( Supreme) Mix 1000g Water 200g Oil 100g Egg 500g Cake Gel (Optopnal) 20g STEP 1 PREPARATIONS :Preheat oven to 160°C – 180°C. Grease side & bottom of the pan or use parchment paper. STEP 2 MIXING: Place Water, Cake Gel and Egg in the bowl at medium speed until mixed well 1-2 mins (Foaming 80%) Add Smart Mix Egg Chocolate Premix mix for 1 min at slow speed. Scrape sides of the bowl and mix at high speed for 3-5 mins. Scrape the batter, add oil, and mix at slow speed for 1 min. STEP 3 BAKING :Bake at 160°C -180°C for 35-40 mins. Do not overbake. Check till toothpick inserted comes out clean.
